SIGH!!!!

I gave up on the afternoon exercises because I was too busy running around with stuff.

I did, however, make sure that I did my hour of walking...and walking at a faster pace, so going a little further and more steps...not sure its making any FREAKING DIFFERENCE!

I'm also keeping track of what I eat and hopefully it'll help a bit.

SIGH!  I feel great with all the walking I'm doing and that I'm not eating up to and including the extra calories I could eat based on the walking I'm doing...but I see NO DIFFERENCE in my weight, but some of my clothes are getting looser...and I may need a smaller belt....so I HOPE that something's working and I'm not just wearing baggy clothing thinking that I'm getting smaller (I'm in summer clothes now and I can't remember how they fit last summer).

Yesterday, Mom did mention that I was looking thinner...so who knows!

My weight fluctuates between 124 & 128...so who freaking knows!!!

OOPS.....missed another week

Last week I walked on Monday & Tuesday only...then the kid was home sick the rest of the week....and I caught it ... so, yesterday (Monday, May 5) I finally got to walk again.  Was a little dizzy by the end of it, so took the afternoon off.

I've been really watching what I've been eating still, so hopefully I didn't mess any minimal progress I had made in those first 2 weeks...pathetic.

OOPS....missed a week

Did I really miss a week?

Easter weekend came/went and the following week was busy with errands, so all I did each day was walk in the morning and watch my food intake.

I had a meeting today, so only had time for my walk and not even time to weight, measure etc.

Week 2, Day 5

Good Friday....means both boys are home, so I did my 60 min walk and that's about it....and probably not much more is going to happen until Tuesday!

Week 2, day 4

So...I did my 60 minutes of walking at WEM

Also did the 30 min aerobic dvd & the 30 min bum exercises...YAY me!

I went on the scale just before I started exercising...which I shouldn't have...should only do that 1x a week...anyway....it claims I'm down to 126 lbs...LOL....lets see if its true when we live through Easter weekend of pigging out & not exercising!

SO...I forgot to mention....Fit, Foxy & Fifty....this year's motto....only achieved the 50 so far!

Week 2, Day 3

Was able to do 60 min walk AND the 30 min aerobics & 30 min leg work stuff

I'm going to do the same tomorrow...rather than wasting time doing sculpt again.

Week 2, Day 2

Well...it didn't happen today.  I woke up with a slight headache, but did my walk.

I thought that after eating lunch that I'd feel better, but the headache got worse, so I'm skipping the afternoon exercise session and nursing a diet coke with a couple of extra strength tylenols.

Maybe tomorrow....
