OK...Week 1, Day 1 2014

I did my hour walk at WEM in the morning and in the afternoon I came home and did my photos and weighing and measuring and did the 1st DVD (30 min)...well...not the full 30 min...I needed to stop and drink water.

Boy...do I ever have a balancing problem...lol!

Here are the deets:

35.5   - Chest
11   - R arm
11   - L arm
34 - Waist
38.5 - Hips
21.5 - R thigh
21.5 - L thigh
128   - Weight

Not great...but not bad...I started this 2 years ago at 144 lbs waist at 39.5 inches...so looking good so far.  Wish me luck...getting a hour of this DVD exercise in every afternoon is going to be a struggle.
