In the booklet for the dvd, this is supposed to be a day off...there are 5 days of exercises...but since its too hard to do it with both boys underfoot, I'll take Sat/Sun off instead of Thursday/Sunday.
When I woke up today, I didn't feel quite as stiff...still can feel a bit of soreness, but not as bad as yesterdya. I did my walk in the morning and did the hr session on the dvd.
I'm already bored with the dvd, even though I still haven't used the weights or the bands for the leg work....
