SIGH....no change in stats....and I was feeling really good about doing all this exercise...and NO PAY-OFF to encourage me to continue!

34 - Waist
38.5 - Hips
21.5 - R thigh
21.5 - L thigh
128 - Weight
I did my walk and I did the dvd...which was "scuplt" today...so mainly arms and a wee bit of tummy (which I have trouble with due to my sore tailbone.
SIGH!!!!
