Its been 2 years since I started this waisting away business. Even though I stopped posting in here...I did manage to lose about 15 lbs back in 2012 - by July 2012! It took about a year, but I gained about 5-7 of that back...so even though I'm pretty ok with the lb # I'm at now (although, wouldn't it be nice to be smaller), I would like to tone my butt and abs.
I didn't continue with the exercise for the full month (I don't think....can't remember). I did start keeping track of what I ate though and I'm still doing that...trying to keep at about 1200 calories a day.
When I started this blog, I was 144 lbs and I'm less than that now...I will do a weigh in this afternoon...then I will, hopefully, start this exercise video thing again.
I did, however, walk 1 hr/day from Nov 1 to Dec 31 and that helped me tone a bit...but since Christmas, its been hit and miss on whether I go walk or not.
I turned 50 in January and my friends turn 50 in December and we have an opportunity to go on a beach holiday in November and although I don't expect to be a bathing beauty, I would like to have some of my fat gone/toned by then...so that's my motivation!
