I did my hour walk at the mall and then did the 30 min aerobics & 30 min leg exercises from the Butt dvd.
My butt is still sore from yesterday, so tomorrow it should hurt even more...those leg exercises were killers!
I am already trying to get out of doing all this exercise....not good, on day 2!
Its hard to get in a hour of exercise in the afternoon...and still get groceries etc. I'll have to figure it out...I also need time to scrapbook...hmmm.
