A little late posting (the computer is acting up...should have a new one by next week...I HOPE!)
On Friday, I did my walk in the morning and did the afternoon exercise, which included abs work...which I can still feel TODAY (Monday morning)!
The DVD expects 2 days off a week...so it means my weekend is free. I tried not too over eat...since I didn't have exercise to allow me to eat more...and did not too badly with that.
Back to the grind.....have to weigh in today....think that there will be no change in the stats, but that's ok...I have a good feeling that the combination of 1.5 hr of aerobic exercise, 5 days a week & decreasing chip consumption, will work.
